Elevate 2016

The Big Elevate Event is the first annual motivator in St Raphaels estate , inspired by the growing numbers of people suffering from depression and stress related illnesses in the borough of Brent .

Mental balance is key to any positive outcome in life , so it is nice to see Well London taking up the baton to ensure the lives of the community … from small acorns they say !

In addition we have the pleasure of meeting with all the little people again , but this time we’ll be glad to let them know that their request for a juice academy was heard and can’t wait to see their faces when they hear that they’ll be running their own bar in April !

On Saturday 27th February 2016 , Punch and Juicy will be whipping up a mammoth 200 litres of fresh juice and smoothies , with an estimated number of 2oo people turning out …everything is packed and the juicers are ready to go …

200 litres

And just in case you’re wondering – how on earth are they going to do it … we’ve got our supporters at hand to make sure no one goes thirsty …

So a BIG FAT Juicy Thank you to Orange Moon for stepping in to make sure nothing stops the flow of liquid foods …

A little reminder

Punch and Juicy will be returning to take part in the Annual Willesden Wassail on Sunday 7th February 2016 with Heart warming Soup and a spicy Apple Wassail beverage ..

The ancient ceremony will be brought to life in Willesden Green for the sixth year running, attracting more than 100 people to show local retailers how much they are valued.

The Willesden Green Wassail will be held on Sunday from 2.15pm to 5pm, starting outside the local tube station

Residents of all ages will gather to take to the streets of Willesden Green to celebrate local traders and demonstrate through song, words and movement how much they mean to the local community.

The wassail in Willesden Green was launched in 2010 by spoken word artist Rachel Rose Reid.

It puts a modern twist on the ancient English tradition of blessing apple trees in midwinter, which stretches back thousands of years

If you have further questions, or WOULD LIKE TO PERFORM AT THE WASSAIL, PLEASE EMAIL
